Data stored locally
SimpleInvoice stores business and client details, invoices, PDF designs, optional logo and signature images, status timestamps, and frozen invoice snapshots on your device.
No remote collection
SimpleInvoice has no account system, analytics, advertising, tracking, backend database, or automatic cloud synchronization. The developer does not receive your invoice data.
Photo Library
Photo Library access is requested only when you choose a logo or signature image. The app does not request camera, microphone, contacts, location, or tracking access.
PDF sharing
A PDF leaves the app only when you explicitly choose a destination in the iOS share sheet. That destination’s privacy terms then apply. Deleting a local invoice cannot delete copies already shared elsewhere.
Your choices
You can remove optional images, delete clients or invoices, change Photos access in iOS Settings, or delete the app to remove its editable local data. Client deletion does not alter historical invoice snapshots.
